    Professional with extensive experience in functional analysis, redesign, and process improvement in financial and technology institutions. He has led ERP and CRM system implementations in organizations such as ASBANC and Expande, and is currently CEO of Vanderbilt & Company. He has a background in theology, education, and information technology, as well as specializations in entrepreneurship, agile methods, UX, branding, and technical analysis. His profile combines technical knowledge and strategic vision, offering a comprehensive and up-to-date perspective on the business and technology environment.

    Mg. Darwin Alejandro Siancas

    Professional with extensive experience in business management, teaching, and university administration. Senior lecturer with a global perspective thanks to his international career. A systems thinker, he encourages creativity, innovation, and teamwork. His teaching focuses on developing professionals of integrity with strong values and principles.

    Mg Martin Karlo Verastegui Ponce

    Economist from the National University of Piura and Master’s degree in University Teaching and Pedagogical Research. He has more than nine years of university teaching experience and a solid track record in applied research in economics, auditing, and public management. He has been a speaker and organizer at numerous international academic conferences and has published several articles and books related to regional economic development. He is currently pursuing a doctorate in Economics and Finance and works as a full professor and researcher at the National University of Frontera

    Mtr. Luis Falcon Delgado

    Electronics Engineer with over 18 years of experience in the mining industry, leading automation, remote control, and tele-operation projects for heavy machinery. He has collaborated with companies such as Caterpillar, Epiroc, and Sandvik, applying technologies such as LiDAR, radio frequency, and embedded systems. He is currently studying a Master’s Degree in Artificial Intelligence at UNI, adding to his previous Master’s Degree in Human Talent Management. He is known for his leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to technological innovation with a human and operational focus
